策略上：昨晚黄金小幅回调1283, low point1283今天依然非常重要，我们认为1283不破，黄金依然没有任何做空的理由。前高是1296，预计日线级别阻力至少要上到1296above,今日操作锁定1280-1296高抛低吸，主多策略操作为主。现价先1285处布局多单，看顺势延伸上涨。

crude oil：昨日原油上探50.31之后回落，价格跌破4H60期均线支撑，尾盘收出一根大阴线，价格再次回到近期趋势线的下方。目前，整体震荡格局仍未改变，价格上方50.31-50.45压制，下方看47.80支撑，均不可忽视。
策略上：今日原油建议依然是空，建议48.8处就可以入场空了，逐渐下看破位48！当然如果有49.1处点位是更好，但我认为很难，先48.8处放空。
