　　自从石油输出国组织(OPEC)And nonOPEC产油国同意一起减产后，基金经理持有的看涨美国原油(WTI)仓位增至2014year7月以来最高水平，这恰恰也是油价开始下挫的水平。OPECto11month30日在维也纳达成明年1-6月将日产量削减120Ten thousand barrels, to3250万桶的协议。12month10日，俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦等非OPEC产油国也加入减产阵营，承诺减产55.810000 barrels/Days.


　Technical Analysis of Spot Crude Oil——


　　日内燃料烃价格继续维持震荡走势，呈现高开高走的缓慢回落行情，不过受到日线图中强大的支撑后，油价下跌力度略微缓慢，所以操作上以做空为辅，做多为主的操作方式进行适宜。日线图中5The daily moving average support is located at4880Nearby,10The daily moving average support is located at4850/30附近，操作上建议不在4900上方追涨，因为当前附图指标MACD在放量的过程中呈现一定的高位超买迹象，所以冲高过程中存在一定的回落需要，笔者薇信zhyq505建议晚间操作上可继续采取先空再多方式进行。
