　　俄罗斯能源部长诺瓦克发表讲话称，俄罗斯已经做好配合石油输出国组织(OPEC)限产行动的准备，认为OPEC有很大可能达成协议，这鼓舞了多头信心，油市一度出现疯狂买入的迹象，为油价提供了有效支撑。
　　多国石油部长将于本周五在多哈举行非正式会谈，共同商讨阿尔及尔限产协议的细节问题。据悉沙特能源部长和俄罗斯能源部长均将出席。但截至目前，伊朗、伊拉克及尼日利亚油长均表示不会参加本周五在多哈举行的OPEC非正式会议。
　　【原油行情分析】
　　原油日图小阴线整理，未能连阳削弱前一交易日的大阳升势。主要现在触及中期均线处的压制，而昨日未能一步到位破掉这重阻力，那么在我看来短线就较难延续上升，还会反复震荡，目前油价进入中期均线与短期均线之间的夹角整理；处于上有压制，下有支撑，那么就是要重新选择多空强弱。4小时两次探高回落，阴阳线转换频繁。虽然破高，但不延续；尾盘还是收低。光技术面的走法。我认为直接强行收复上方中期均线的阻力显得有些难度。需要借助一定的消息面。或者经过长时间的震荡蓄势，4hourK线双阴夹阳，上行乏力。今日仍需关注昨日的起涨位置45.0.此位下破则转弱。短线会进一步深调至44.20.反之若能横盘整理守稳45.0.后面仍有希望去收复昨高。

　　现货白银市场区间波动，行情早盘受到前日孕线结构的影响行情先拉升，给出17.218的位置后行情受到第一压力点23.6的压力开始回落过程，美盘时段行情最低给到了16.84的位置后行情受到支撑开始整理，最终日线收线在了16.95的位置后，日线以一根上影线长于下影线的纺锤形态收尾，而这样的形态收尾后，我认为今日的行情回踩高空为主，低多为辅；
　　今日白银操作策略：
　　1, step back17.2布局空，止损17.4, Objective16.8，
　　2, support16.8布局多，止损16.6, Objective17.2，
　　【套空单解套最佳策略】
　　一：低位补仓
　　这是应用最广泛，也是最简单的一种解套方法。当投资者在高位被套后，选择持仓不动，然后在低位补仓，也就是在较低的价位再次买进该货币，以期通过行情的反弹或反转来解套。当行情反弹时，高位买进多单的亏损逐步减少，低位买进多单的盈利逐渐增加，这样，即使行情不会回到原来的高度，投资者也比较容易实现解套，如果行情发展的好，还会有盈利的机会。
