Wednesday Beijing Time（11month16日）晚23:30United States Energy Information Administration（EIA）Published as of11month11Increase in inventory of crude oil storage in the current week527.4万桶，连续三周录得增加，预期值为增加148Ten thousand barrels.EIA数据公布后，美布两油短线下跌后，因俄罗斯能源部长诺瓦克的乐观言论而大幅上扬。

stayEIA数据公布的同时，俄罗斯能源部长诺瓦克表示，原油价格应该处于对投资者是公平的位置，欧佩克将继续就原油市场的共同行动进行磋商，且有很大可能达成协议；俄罗斯是同意动产的，不过决定权在于欧佩克，俄罗斯将支持欧佩克的决定；另外，11month30日的会议框架仍未决定，尚未决定何时实施冻产，有可能是11Month or1month1日。受此影响，因EIA下错的美布两油涨幅逾1%。

美原油技术解析：

今日美原油开盘45.77dollar/Bucket, highest reach46.18dollar/桶，最低下探46.41dollar/桶。亚盘开盘原油走了一波回调，原油价格下探45.43低点后强势反弹，午间突破46.00关口，欧盘原油价格一路回调至起涨位附近，晚间EIA数据利空，原油价格大幅上涨，突破46美元关口。四小时图方面，布林带张口运行，K线运行于布林带上轨，MACD双线于零轴上方金叉运行，红色能量柱增量，KDJ三线向下拐聚合，午夜操作思路以逢低做多为主。
