布伦特原油周一盘中下跌后回涨，触及15个月最低后反弹并收高近2%，今日开盘盘整在73.81附近，因俄罗斯3月石油减产不明显，且美股上涨提振了油价。

在利多因素方面，俄罗斯的海上原油流量上周有所回落，不过仍没有多少迹象表明该国已经像本月宣布的那样减产。在截至3month17日俄罗斯每天的原油出口量减少了910000 barrels to323万桶，波动较小的四周平均值下降了类似的幅度。此外，美国三大股市全数收涨，包含标普指数收盘上涨0.86The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed higher1.20%And the Nasdaq Index closed higher0.39%。
