　　本周黄金按照预期继续下行探底，整体波幅近60美金，周线收线呈带影线的中阴线。周一快速的下行刺穿61.8%黄金分割随即迎来了反弹，日线收出带有诱多的十字星信号，但是随着周二的阴跌也是确认了信号的失效。随着白银的破底结构发生变化后，多头也是放弃了抵抗，任由空口一路阴跌下行，直至1688才停住跌势。由于经济前景黯淡，需求减弱，本周非农数据也是成为了市场关注的重点，符合预期的数据并不能改变任何东西，但也没有排除美联储加息75个基点的可能性。不过在面临不断加息不利预期下依然维稳实属不易，在也在一定程度上缓和了市场对经济下滑的担心。周五多头也是伺机展开了反扑。目前下探的幅度比预期的要深，但并不影响此处出现一定幅度的反弹走势。因此下周继续延续周五的反弹看阶段性的上行。

　　因此黄金操作建议周初如果回落到1700一线可以轻仓买入，风控1695, Objective1723~1734。

　　本周原油也是一直处于下行当中，周线以中阴线收尾。在长达两周的反弹下，多头终显疲态，在前底附近重要压力区空头开始了下行反攻，仅仅3天便吞没了前期多头所有的成果，二次探底的走势逼近了前期底部。周二大阴线构成了顶分型结构，预示着空头正是来袭，随后愈演愈烈，在周四油价更加暴力下行3%。人们对高通胀和加息削弱燃料需求的担忧加剧。数据方面美国EIA的报告显示，美国原油库存已连续第三周下降，而美国最大的的库存出现两个多月来的首次下降。重启伊朗核协议的谈判可能会开启更多的原油出口，而俄罗斯的石油产量一直维持在高于此前预期的水平。世界的石油需求停滞不前，而供应却在逐步增加，这也是导致油价暴跌的原因。目前虽然在低位出现反弹但下跌的意图还是比较明显，意味着从123.68开始的下跌并未真正结束，存在破底继续下行的可能。

　　因此下周原油操作建议主要是紧盯两个位置89.60and86, rebound to89.60附近承压可以尝试卖出，或者反弹较弱直接跌破86也可以卖出，风控都是0.5美金，目标看向83frontline.
