什么是证券业协会？


证券业协会是证券业的自律性组织，是社会团体法人。


中国证券业协会具有独立法人地位，采取会员制的组织形式，协会的权力机构为全体会员组成的会员大会。其自律管理体现在保护行业共同利益、促进行业共同发展方面。


什么是证券登记结算机构？


证券登记结算机构是为证券交易提供集中登记、存管与结算服务，不以营利为目的的法
人。证券登记结算机构实行行业自律管理。我国的证券登记结算机构为中国证券登记结算有限责任公司。
