US crude oil news:Monday(12month9day)WTI 1Monthly crude oil futures closed lower0.18USD, decline0.30%Report59.02dollar/Bucket. Brent2Monthly crude oil futures closed lower0.14USD, decline0.22%Report64.25dollar/桶。因为随着美国加征新关税的日期临近，投资者关注重点转移到了正在进行的贸易谈判上。沙特阿拉伯自愿比OPEC及盟国所规定的产量水平再额外每天减产40万桶，相当于该集团每天减产总计210万桶。但是，黯淡的需求前景限制了其积极影响，因为受中美贸易摩擦拖累，上个月中国出口意外下降。
纽约对冲基金Again Capital LLC的创始合伙人John Kilduff表示，现在市场将密切关注周日之前贸易谈判的进展；如果周日加征关税，将会损害全球需求前景，但是，如果本周达成协议，我们可能会看到WTI突破略高于59美元的阻力位。
