近两日来公布的中国数据虽然表现稳健，但不及预期，这让市场开始担忧中国对原油的需求。与此同时，随着电动车的不断普及，对传统汽油车的需求降低，这也必将削弱原油需求。

沙特能源大臣阿卜杜勒-阿齐兹表示，沙特石油产量已恢复，10Month and11月的石油产量将高于9月石油设施遇袭前的水平。阿齐兹在利雅得举行的沙特-俄罗斯首席执行官论坛上表示，沙特的石油产量将在10Month and11月达到每日986万桶。到11月底，沙特的石油产能将达到每日1200Ten thousand barrels.
