Baker Hughes, an American oil service company(Baker Hughes)周五公布的数据显示，截至7month19During the current week, the number of active oil wells in the United States decreased5Seat to779座，连续三周录得下降且再刷2018year2月来新低。去年同期为858Seat.
美国页岩油产商预期称，2019年将会削减钻探活动，因油价去年下跌约25%, for2015以来首次全年下跌。
Simmons & Co分析师公布报告称，预计2019年油气钻井总数将从2018Of1032座降至1019座，但2020The year will rise to1097。今年迄今，美国油气钻井总数平均为1018座，多数生产商同时生产原油和天然气。
分析师指出，美国能源公司连续第三周减少原油钻井平台数，主要因在全球原油供应过剩的局面下，原油价格不断下跌，钻井公司纷纷采取措施削减开支



Technical aspects of crude oil:
从技术面上看，原油上周中持续震荡下跌，不过周五却未能再次破位新低，而且日线小幅收阳结束连阴局面，短期跌势已经有所缓解；而且油价周中两次探底触及前期底部的颈线支撑都没有跌破，行情守住关键支撑后企稳回升，预计短期行情将进入震荡反弹走势，而收线行情需要攻破的阻力时4Hourly Bollinger Belt Mid Track56.5Nearby, further on57.3美元附近；短线上看，短线原油低位有走双底迹象，后期短线走势看反弹上涨。综合来看，今日操作思路上个人建议以反弹高空为主，回调做多为辅，
