about2019year4月初，陈斌声称从将江浙地区开完基金机构会议回来，带来重大消息，最近比特币暴涨，曾经从1个比特币几分钱上涨到几万元，目前5000多，几万倍的利润；据他会议带来的消息未来一段时间投资数字货币/虚拟货币将是全世界热点，可以短期至少翻几十倍利润，而且陈斌表示自己是免费指导操作，只要大家盈利后申购他们基金公司5月中旬发行的基金即可。我在陈斌和杨帆的引诱下，QQ联系到Jiuyue International客服，在线指导下开户、入金、系统操作、出金等,所有入金我都是按照客服和平台要求将钱打入第三方个人账户；出金在平台上申请后，第二天由第三方个人打入我的账户。
