2018year8月份，无意间我被人拉进一股票交流群：德利股票交流群，说是股票分析挺不错，昵称：战狼（二哥），在股票群里帮助股友分析股票、推荐股票，因股市行情低迷，群主后续便时不时在群里鼓动，说带着几个股友做恒生指数对冲股票亏损，在群里及其个人Q空间里晒做恒指多、空单赚80%、60%等带群友已经完成百分之百亏损股票解套信息，并夸口说：如果不赚钱，他把眼珠扣下来放地上当球踩！私聊我说，一个月，11月份就能把我被套的股票亏损的钱赚回，资金安全。并把开户业务员昵称：国际化客服经理-李钟硕发给我，让我开户并把所剩无几的套着的股票全割肉转入，只要资金到位，11月份便可把股票亏损的赚回、翻番。
　　后来，群里面两三位私下加我为好友，问我跟群主做恒生指数没，说很容易赚回股票亏损的部分，说是比做股票容易多了，老师带做都赚了，并把业务员403098464昵称：国际化客服经理-李钟硕发给我。在他们的诱惑之下，一个多月后，11month5日，再次咨询客服经理，确认市场是否正规，业务客服经理告诉我说：“恒指交易是国际市场，全球都在做”，而后宏利融资融券化客服经理-李钟硕帮我开通了宏利融资融券，实盘帐号1103829。11.6.night22spot42，转入13500元人民币，战狼在群里链接路径的直播室带单，
