　　同理，金融市场的模拟盘由于不需要承担任何的责任，也没有获利和亏损的概念可言，所以投资者会以平常心来对待，敢于尝试各种的交易机会，并会把头寸持有到预期的目标，这种操作方式的胜算极大，久而久之就会逐步的盈利。但在交易实盘账户时，由于害怕出现亏损，会萌生举棋不定的心理，从而错失了很多交易良机，并且在头寸赚钱以后，就会滋生风险厌恶情绪，总想尽早获利离场，防止行情反向波动的风险，使头寸很难持有到预期的目标。相反，往往在头寸亏损的时候，大多数投资者又会滋生出风险偏好情绪，抱有一种侥幸心理，希望能够扛到行情出现反弹或回调的走势使自己的头寸解套，这种趋利避害的心理在金融市场的交易过程当中会注定亏损。


　　所以模拟盘的交易犹如我们面对的河流，能够轻易的跳跃过去，但是实盘的交易却犹如面前的悬崖，虽然跨越的难度与河流相等，但是我们的心态却出现了翻天覆地变化，使交易的结果最终大相径庭，所以对于心智的提高要胜于任何的专业知识，在交易的过程当中应该培养自己坚定的信念，寻找交易机会，设置止盈止损之后，就应该把剩下的事情交给市场，因为赚多少钱是由市场决定的，而亏损多少是由我们自己来决定的，只有在这样的情况下，我们才能以一种客观的心态来审视自己的交易，从而提高自己的交易心智。

　　一个成功的交易者遇到一次亏损,会认真检查原因。连续几次亏损对他来说就是一个信号:


　　说明什么地方或什么东西出了问题,是该停下来彻底检查和考虑市场分析交易方法的时候了。惯输者则停不下来,因为他受激动和紧张的影响,因他受惯性运动的影响,他还继续希望赚大钱。
