　　很多投资朋友们对于仓位把控不足，也就是重仓操作，这是爆仓的主要原因，用大比例的杠杆重仓下手，抗风险能力很差。其心理的魔障就是急功近利，一夜暴富的思想作怪。所以仓位的把控特别重要，要控制一个好的仓位，赚钱和亏钱都要在你所能接受范围内，还要形成一种持续盈利的目的，这一点是非常重要的。


　　仓位法则，每一单的仓位要控制在1-2成，因为这样的仓位，才可以长久持续的操作，今天亏钱了明天就有能力去赚回来，反之如果一单损失惨重，再去赚回就很难了。


　　2.止损止盈


　　有很多人都抱有侥幸心理在操作，每次到了止损位不愿意去损单而是去抗单，虽然一段时间后也有获利的可能，但是一旦行情走单边，就会越陷越深。到最后解套也越来越困难！期间花费的时间和精力远远不止你止损来得容易，甚至于隔夜费用都要多于你止损时损失的资金，所以切记每一单都要带好止损和止盈，这样才能有更好的心态去面对接下来的局面。


　　3.拒绝频繁做单


　　一天中连续二三次交易失误，要坚决罢手不做，停下来做一些其他的事情。比如可以看一些交易大师们的访谈和传记等。当亏损的沮丧消失，心态平和以后，再仔细分析图表，查找失误原因，试着小单入场，如果感觉运气还是很“背”，要继续调整。而盈利时候也是一样，切记不要频繁去操作，每天操作2单即可，不要操作三单以上；


　　单子不在多，而在于精，做黄金投资做的是质量，不是数量，现在我每天基本上会花大量的时间看盘，然后再去考虑进场的点位，这样的操作胜算会比你盲目进场大很多。

　　有了前面这些理念之后再去学习技术，慢慢去结合学习，这样你才会操作的更加顺利，按照以上的几点去操作，就会慢慢变好。

　　如果开始浮躁，那么交易就会变得跟您的心情一样糟糕。受情绪控制，有时候您会做出失去理性的举动，在不该交易的时候交易，一味的不断建仓、平仓，频繁交易，只是为了证实自己方式的准确性，而把资金安全抛在一边。


　　其实当您受迫于情绪的控制，不防在此时进行模拟操作。这样，即能减少这段时间内盲目操作带来的损失，又可达到了缓解情绪、调整心态的目的。
