　  2015年，伊朗与伊核问题六国就伊核问题达成正式协议。根据协议，美国、欧盟和联合国将解除对伊朗实施的制裁，换取该国同意对其核项目的长期监控。伊朗是OPEC第三大产油国，全球第五大产油国。在2016年国际对伊制裁逐渐解除后，伊朗逐渐恢复石油出口和经济增长。美国退出伊朗核协议可能令伊朗的石油出口重挫，供应减少将导致油价大涨。
　　特朗普表示，他将恢复对伊朗的制裁，不过他没有提供证据证明伊朗政府违反了核协议条款。美国国会知情人士向CNBC透露，美国政府计划在90day-180天内逐步退出协议。特朗普说：“我们将制定最高水平的经济制裁。任何帮助伊朗获得核武器的国家都可能受到美国的强力制裁。”退出伊核协议是特朗普的竞选承诺之一，但这可能破坏美国与盟友之间的亲密关系，并影响全球crude oil供应。
　　伊朗总统Rouhani表示，对伊朗而言，特朗普关于美国将退出伊朗核协议的决定是一个历史性事件。就目前而言，关于伊朗核协议的《联合全面行动计划》（JCPOA）只存在与伊朗与五个国家之间。他表示，在与欧盟若干成员国讨论协议之后，伊朗准备恢复核活动。如有必要，伊朗将在三周之后恢复铀浓缩活动。他指出伊朗将启动与欧盟国家、中国和俄罗斯之间的磋商。已经采取汇率管制措施，并实施改革，以应对特朗普针对伊朗核协议的决定。

　　

         gold技术分析：短线也是反弹延续的表现；先从大级别趋势来看，上周五日线再度收涨，周线却是连续三周收跌，本周金价从周线布林带中轨位置下跌，下探千三附近后反弹回升，上方压力较多，中轨阻力以及均线构成的压力区域在1325-1330美元区间，而黄金目前处于1315附近震荡，那么短期还有部分反弹的空间，才是测试强势阻力压制的时候！综合来看：短线金价上周五尾盘震荡之后收于1315下方，整体趋势还是维持震荡上升，非农数据后金价冲高后有回落一部测试支撑，刚好触及低点1302-1304低点连线的趋势线支撑位置，所以整体的上行通道依旧完整，黄金大趋势虽然承压，但是短线上有较大的反弹空间，黄金趋势上指点依旧看震荡，不破1304点位逢低做多思路不变，下方支撑1308One line, upper resistance1318-1322一线！建议上方不破1322保持弱势思路，1320Short nearby, stop loss5US dollars, look1315-1313附近。布局建仓连线笔者诚至金开，有套.单的朋友可以联系诚至金开

　　原油技术分析：从目前趋势来看，油价大趋势上仍然是多头占据主导地位。近期油价虽然有回调，但是就目前来看，仍旧没有大幅回撤迹象的出现，短线上围绕69一线上方可以继续顺势看多。昨日原油创出新高后有所回调，预计原油将下探69附近的支撑，只要没有下破，那么后市继续下跌的可能性不大。目前这个位置技术面偏多已经展露无疑，并且自昨日上破70一线强阻力后，上方空间再次被打开，现在做多的风险反而比前面下跌修正的时候小。而结构上K线在近日弱势回调后已经展开了新的上升浪，目前来看该主升浪并未出现空头信号，也就意味着多头仍将是未来的主要趋势，那么在形态上盘整后再次在69.3之上收出看涨吞没形态！操作上诚至金开建议以低多为主，上方关注70.8One line of resistance, pay attention below69一线支撑。建议在70.8-71.0Consider short selling and stop losing near the US dollar0.3Points, target70.2-69.6美元附近；建议在69.0-69.2Consider going long near the US dollar and stopping losses0.3Points, target69.6-70.4美元附近。行情瞬息万变
