Thursday'sforeign exchange市场上，美元呈大幅上涨的走势，美元指数最高上涨到94.72, 最低下跌到93.48, closing at94.61。欧美最高上涨到1.1837，最低下跌到1.1641, closing at1.1658。
　　欧美周四大幅破位下跌，录得16个月来最糟糕单日表现，因欧洲央行将购债计划延长至2018年，降低了该行明年升息的可能性。在欧洲央行将购债计划延长九个月至明年9月，并保留此后继续购债的可能性后，交易员抛出欧元。央行称，将开始减少月度购债规模，从1月开始将月度购债规模减半至300Billion euros.
　　德拉基在记者发布会上对欧元区经济增长表示了些许乐观情绪，但对该地区的通胀迟滞仍持谨慎态度，可能需要欧洲央行以量化宽松形式继续提供大量刺激。在欧洲央行作出此决定前五周，美联储宣布从本月开始缩减经过三轮量化宽松政策后膨胀至4.5A trillion dollar balance sheet.
　　美元近日上涨，受对即将推出联邦减税计划和美国总统特朗普选择的美联储新主席会比现任主席耶伦更快速度升息的揣测提振。周四援引消息人士报导称，特朗普考虑的下任美联储主席人选只剩下美联储理事鲍威尔和斯坦福大学经济学家泰勒。特朗普预计将在11月初出访亚洲之前宣布美联储新任主席提名人。
　　从技术上来看,美指周四回调站稳在10、20日均线之上，突破前高94.27的阻力，收盘在94.61,意味着美元短线上涨空间被进一步打开。如果美指今天回调在94.30之上受到brace，后市上涨的目标将会指向95.05—95.50。现阶段来看美指强势明显，汇价只有跌破94.00，才会让回调的幅度增大。不然的话，美指还是继续做多为主。今天美指短线阻力在95.00—95.05Short term important resistance95.45—95.50。今天美指短线bracestay93.30—93.35，短线重要bracestay94.00—94.05。
