黄金：上周黄金收出一根穿头破脚中阴线，周线看，价格重回长周期下行趋势线的下方证实，我之前的判断，空头趋势尚未扭转。日线看，价格在1265-1272区域形成强有力的压制，牢牢压制价格反弹。同时4H级别看，价格也已跌破60期均线支撑，暗示市场情绪开始发生转变。
操作策略上：激进者关注价格反弹至1259or1262附近的做空机会，止损统一放在1265即可，第一目标1255, break down and see1250. 稳健者。

原油：上周原油受下行趋势线压制，收出一根穿头破脚的小阴线，日线看，上周价格多次想上破该压制均以失败告终，上方压制极为强劲。目前日线来看原油在47.80—50.45区域内盘整。
