        近几周飓风一直在搅乱各个金融市场，除了汇市以外，油市无疑也处于“飓风”影响的中心。因受到飓风“哈维”的冲击，美国许多炼油厂、输油管道和港口都被迫关闭，油价上周五跳水3%。尽管市场焦点已开始转向新一轮飓风“艾尔玛”，不过本人子龙霸金认为这场飓风对油市的影响有限，因为市场更关注其经济影响。而且，随着时间的推移，飓风的影响将会消退，而市场的注意力将再次转向欧佩克。本周市场将迎来欧佩克月报、IEAMonthly report andEIA短期能源报告这三大报告。尽管大多数产油国都在积极减产，但被豁免减产的利比亚和尼日利亚今年石油产量大增。

crude oil：
       昨日原油早间开盘于47.57一线，亚欧盘原油行情整体波动不大，行情维持47.57-47.91区间窄幅震荡，波幅不过0.4美金。昨日晚间美盘上市，市场飓风威势仍存继续打压着原油价格，原油承压大幅走低，下方一度突破47美元一线，盘中最低给到46.97一线。昨日晚间缘于有消息称，沙特方面表示，对再度延长减产协议持开放的态度，且有关需求骤降的担忧褪去。油价受此提振走强，原油一路强势上涨，上方一度触及48.2附近，目前行情小幅回落交投于48美元附近。从技术面来看，日图布林带三轨微幅朝上运行，MA5On the moving averageMA10The moving average crosses the golden cross upwards,KThe line intersects with the Bolin Medium Rail Line,MACD快慢线呈金叉向右走平，红色动能缩量，KDJ三线拐头向下缩量欲有交死叉之势，行情整体表现震荡偏弱格局；4小时图上，布林带开口向外扩张，MA5均线拐头上行，K线交投于布林下轨一线，MACD快线拐头上攻欲有与慢线交金叉之势，绿色动能缩量，KDJ三线拐头向上缩口初交金叉，油价短线反弹势能强势。综合来看，原油受飓风气候承压下行，但是在沙特方面表示对再度延长减产协议持开放的态度利好油价，原油短线表现一定的多头趋势。今日操作上本人建议以回落低多为主，高空为辅。
