       随着市场预测飓风“哈维”将导致墨西哥湾沿岸炼油厂的crude oil需求下降，周四国际油价大幅下挫。纽商所10月份交割的美油futuresReport collection47.43dollar/桶，跌幅高达2%，创一周以来最低收盘价；洲际期货交易所10月份交割的布油期货报收52.04dollar/Bucket, with a decline of1%。 from7月底开始，布油的波幅一直保持在4美元以内。
