路透社周三(08month16day)Reporting,OPEC与俄罗斯减产协议开始至今，原预计在半年内实现，但当前形势看或需数年之久。OPEC及其他减产国计划明年春季结束减产，较预期时间晚9个月，然而油价依然低迷。据国际能源署(IEA)数据显示，即便至2018年末，全球库存依然过剩。能源研究公司ESAI预测，耗尽原油库存将长达数年，而非数月。

因减产协议对库存消费影响失效，2017年伦敦油价下跌10%。OPEC，俄罗斯及其他产油国将于11月会面讨论是否在2018年春季后继续推进。

受豁免国利比亚和尼日利亚产能恢复，及美国页岩油增产影响，减产协议效力削弱。据美国政府预测，页岩油产量将于下月增至历史高点。

原油箱体50.0-48.0的区间已经打破，昨日公布原油库存数据利多油价，不过涨幅力度较弱，尾盘两次反抽48.0、47.8位置均没有站稳，凌晨油价跳水跌至46.65一线。笔者坚持原计划和思路不变，继续做空原油，上方短线压制47.3、47.6开空，下方关注46.2黄金分割率50%位置的支撑。欧美盘跌破此位下方可看至0.618of45.3USD.
