华尔街日报：地缘局势引油市关注 欧佩克与IEA月报料将带来新冲击

尽管供过于求是crude oil市场一大拖累，但近期朝鲜半岛势态紧张，引起市场参与者密切关注。CMCMarket analystSpooner表示朝鲜局势已经升级到市场不得不采取行动的地步了。而周四欧佩克最新的月报显示，由于利比亚和尼日利亚这两个拥有减产豁免权的国家产量增加，导致7月欧佩克原油产量环比出现了上升。尽管上升幅度放缓，但仍引起市场担忧。花旗futuresanalystEvans表示还要等待周五IEA的数据公布才能做出预测，但欧佩克的评估与第三季市场原油短缺5010000 barrels/日相符。
