美国减息美元重挫
美元指数周三录得23年来最大单日跌幅，因美国联邦储备理事会(FED)降息，缓和了投资人对全球经济和担忧，且降低了从较高风险市场汇回美元的必要性。联储降息50Bps to1%, for2004年来最低水准，以避免金融市场危机不断扩大，将美国经济拖至长期深度衰退。鉴于美联储在声明中对经济前景的悲观言论，预计在未来数月，联储还将进一步降息。利率futures走势反映美联储在12月会议上还将降息一码至0.75%。而据知情人士透露，日本央行周五议息会议亦将考虑降息；此外，市场传言英国央行和欧洲央行(ECB)亦将于下周四减息。这些举措对主要经济体前景的短期效果，尚不得而知，因市场预期美国本月非农就业人数减少近18万，而摩根大通和瑞银集团(UBS)经济学家都预期全球经济步入衰退。本周美联储启动商业票据纾困法案，旨在帮助企业增加日常运行所需的短期资金，商业票据市场事实上已因信贷紧缩而处于关闭状态。商品价格跟随全球股市走升，但反弹趋势相当缓和，因更多迹象显示美国及中国的经济正在迅速放缓。融资成本仍居高不下，美国房价仍持续下滑，风险恶化和欧洲降息可能会支撑美元和日圆兑其它货币走高。
