　  在周二的foreign exchange市场上，美元呈反弹受阻后大幅下跌的走势，美元指数最高上涨到96.20，最低下跌到95.65, closing at95.67。欧美最高上涨到1.1480，最低下跌到1.1383, closing at1.1476。
在市场相对平静交投之际，一则有关“通俄门”的猛料掀起市场巨澜。据外媒报道，特朗普长子小唐纳德·特朗普曾收到邮件称俄罗斯愿意帮助特朗普竞选美国总统。小特朗普随后公布的邮件证明了这一点。消息传来之后，金融市场瞬间变脸，美元跌破96关口。根据特朗普长子周二公开的电邮链，他被告知一位俄罗斯检察官将向他父亲的选举团队提供民主党总统候选人希拉里的黑材料，作为俄罗斯政府提供支持的一部份。　
投资者目前等待周三和周四美联储主席耶伦在国会就美联储半年度货币政策做证词陈述。同时，美联储理事布雷纳德表示，只要就业和成长数据保持强劲，美联储应该很快开始缩减其资产负债表。布雷纳德表示，一旦开始缩表，她将评估通胀状况，然后再决定是否进一步升息。

加元兑美元周二下滑，交易商静待周三加拿大央行公布利率决定。英镑兑欧元跌至八个月低位，因英国央行副行长布罗德班特在此前的讲话中对利率问题三缄其口，与近期多位英国央行决策者暗示可能不久会升息的言论形成鲜明对照。
