周一原油小幅高开，原油从日线来看，连续收取三根实体大阴柱，5Daily moving average and10日均线粘合愈形成死叉，布林带三轨放平，附图指标MACD红色能量柱缩量，整体趋势偏空。原油从4小时来看，因为早间的高开，原油直接运行于5日均线上方，并且有进一步上冲的动能，目前关注10Daily moving average（44.8一线）的压力，附图直接MACD绿色能量放量，综合来看，原油线会有反弹，但整体偏下行不变。上周的EIA数据本以为可以扳回一局，然后全球的库存依旧没有减少，美国页岩油产量又大量增产，我国也发现大量油田，所以消息面，原油依旧还要继续下挫。

黄金近期一直处在一个空头趋势中，目前我们最关注的问题就是空头何时结束，从消息面上看非农数据，美联储加息都是利空。从技术上来说，黄金依然看起来很弱。它最近跌破1220，并持续走低，空头势力不断增加，好像空头趋势已定，然而认为黄金行情并没有这么简单，1208一线就是月线支撑，即使非农利空试探了几波1208一线也并没有下破，1200就是整百关口也是一个比较强劲的支撑位，所以认为黄金即使下跌，下方空间也不会太大，目前还有朝鲜地缘政治风险在支撑着金价，所以今日操作上建议仍以反弹为主，上方先关注1217First line, follow below1205,1200；
