隔日原油延续下行走势，并刷新了近7个月以来的新低。从日线图上，原油通道内震荡下行，隔日录取一大阴K线，趋势依然完好，均线系统空头排列，MACD双线死叉向上运行良好，中期油价依然偏下行风险；四小时线来看，原油布林带平开口向下扩张，K线位于布林下轨去撑43.2上方，均线系统空头向上压制，MACD双线死叉向上拐头运行平缓，绿色动能开始收缩，短线上仍有反弹迹像；综合来看，目前油价大方向保持不变仍以空头对待，操作上名慧建议继续反弹高空为主。上方关注44.2-44.8Follow below42.9-42.3，重点关注晚间EIAInventory data.

Now?gold和白银走势趋于一致，同样的加息之后冲高回落，上周一样的下跌收尾，然后昨天延续，白银短线还是做空，因为日线始终没有止跌迹象，特别是昨晚连续下跌，今天跟黄金一样，小反弹就可以做空，理论上白银甚至比黄金还要弱，因为白银已经习惯了弱势无反弹下跌，空头下跌先看16一带前期低点，这波下跌应该也不会一口气跌破16，不然黄金肯定就要破前一波低点1214，而现在黄金先看1230支撑，那么白银可能16.2-3区域会做停顿，操作上小反弹顺势做空。

黄金方面，昨天金价在1240-1250区间内震荡交投，整体波幅并不大，日线录得五连阴。从技术面来看，日线上，布林带开口，中下轨不断地向下延伸，各均线指标也都在向下运行，MACDBilinear in0轴附近死叉延续向下，绿色能量柱持续放量，STO灵动指标则进入了超卖区，谨防金价的随时反弹。4小时来看，金价也是有反弹的迹象。上方压力首先关注均线5、100stay1248附近的交点，进一步则要关注均线10、30、60stay1258-60一线的交点，而下方支撑首先关注1240关口，更广泛的支撑范围将延伸至200Daily moving average at1237附近，如果这两点都没能支撑柱金价，那么金价可能会进一步向1200的大关靠拢，因此近期的金价走势极为关键。近期金价依旧比较弱势，所以名慧建议日内黄金操作上依然保持高空为主。
