美元指数扩大涨幅因油价加速下跌

美元指数周二升见至逾10Month high78.31，因油价重挫促使市场预期全球通胀率下滑，且美国之外的其它国家将放宽货币政策。欧元兑美元跌至七个月低位，走低至1.45美元下方；英国经济前景愈发黯淡，外加美元全线涨势，将英镑兑美元推低至1.78下方，触及2006year4月来最低位。原油价格跌至每桶105.46美元，成为近日影响金融市场的主要因素。油价已从7月接近150美元的峰值累计下滑近30%，促使市场押注全球通胀率将在未来几个月下降，从而给予央行更大的降息空间。澳洲央行周二的降息行动令一些高收益货币承受部分压力。澳洲央行周二宣布降息25Bps to7%，这拉低澳元跌至一年低位。

褐皮书或描绘滞涨状况
今晚公布之褐皮书可能显示滞涨情况。美国近期公布的一连串数据良莠不齐，有迹象显示美国制造业出口需求稳定，崩盘的楼市接近触底；不过银行业久拖不决的问题以及消费支出疲弱仍旧牵绊经济增长。在能源方面，美国10月轻质原油futures价格的再次下滑令消费者和联储官员们暂时松了一口气，他们一直都对能源价格居高不下所引发的通胀压力扩散而忧虑不安。在褐皮书整理出来之前，各地区联储的报告均显示通胀压力上升。周三还将公布一周连锁店销售，抵押贷款市场活动以及8月汽车销售等其它数据。
