ClipperDataAnalyst forTroy Vincent称，汽油库存再次录得增加，显示需求依然疲软。若在入夏之际，市场需求仍无法回升，那么油价下跌的风险将不断上升。

EIA报告还显示，除却战略储备的商业原油库存减少9310000 barrels to5.278Billion barrels, decrease0.2%。除却战略储备的商业原油上周进口826.410000 barrels/Day, reduced from the previous week64.810000 barrels/日。上周美国国内原油产量增加12.810000 barrels to929.310000 barrels/Day, continuous11周增加且继续维持在90010000 barrels/Above the Sun Pass.

能源对冲基金Again CapitalpartnerJohn Kilduff表示，美国国内原油产量再度增加并持续稳步攀升。此外，美国原油进口大幅下降导致本应该增加的原油库存出现下幅下降。

Tyche Capital AdvisorsanalystJohn Macaluso表示，由于美国原油产量不断上升，这将对OPEC延长减产协议的决定造成影响。
