不过该行认为，在没有基本面因素拖累的情况下，此次言论干预料不大可能令美元持续回吐涨幅。如过去两年所见，美联储主席耶伦的鸽派立场一直无力阻止美元大幅上涨。

汇通网指出，尽管特朗普在其竞选过程中对耶伦持批评态度，但是据外媒报道，特朗普现在却表示，正在考虑提名耶伦继续连任美联储主席的可能性。耶伦将于明年任期届满。
