从日线来看，黄金之前一直被加息消息死死压住，一直处于一个下跌的状态，在昨日终于迎来了转机，而早间的加息的消息公布，只是上调了25个点，那么实际上对金银是一个利多的好消息，所以早间黄金价格再次上涨。MACD线上能量柱逐步减弱，还在零轴下方，RSI线上依旧金叉走势强劲。从4Looking at the hourly chart,K线连续两个大阳线上涨，MACDLine andRSI线上均是金叉，但目前K线已经突破布林带线上限，势必会有一个小幅修正，但整体行情来看还是上涨的一个趋势。黄金晚间建议在小幅修正调整完之后继续多单操作。上方不破1230可以做波短空；破位观望回落做多。长线老师看到1250

crude oil晚间技术面分析：
原油隔日EIA数据行情在波动中体现的不是很大，EIA数据利多，原油从48.80Down to48.30，出现了小幅的休整力度，午夜盘原油开始慢涨最高在49.10附近，目前也是高位收线，按照这个力度，原油预计在低位走出震荡，单边下跌至45.80附近还需要时间来冲刷。目前日线低位收阳，最低在47，力度延伸至49，这时候结合形态来看，认为，原油预计低位走震荡，区间放在H4周期的49.80-48，如果反弹力度不大，原油的走势则再次沦为震荡，所以暂时还是保持单边的下跌趋势，但节奏上以震荡为主。
3.16原油晚间具体操作策略：
1、49.80Short selling, stop loss50.1, Objective48.8；
2、48.2Long, stop loss47.9, Objective49.2
--------解套技巧：
1、如果您是重仓位操作还没爆仓，一方面可以等行情回调，小损出局，不要想着能全部回来，另一方面如果行情单边上涨可以在合适点位补多单，因为还有很多机会，也不在这一时；
2、如果您是轻仓操作被套，可以直接回调小损出掉，直接多个多单进场，直接可以扳回来；
3、没有设置止损被套的，及时设置，如果单边上涨补多，反转就适当不空，顺势而为，重要阻力或支持位时谨慎；
