Huitong Network3month10日讯——据科威特通讯社报道，科威特石油部长马尔祖克周四(3month9day)表示，本月晚些时候在科威特举行的监督会议后将讨论延长石油输出国组织(OPEC)crude oil减产协议的可能性。
科威特油长：OPEC减产协议执行率从140%lower102%
OPEC监督减产执行情况的部长委员会将于3month26日在科威特举行会议。

OPECoil-producing country2016year11月在维也纳达成了减产协议，原油产量将减少约12010000 barrels/日。非OPEC产油国自愿减产6010000 barrels/日；俄罗斯原油产量将削减3010000 barrels/Day.

马尔祖克表示，OPEC产油国的减产执行率最初达到140%，但后来下降到102%。非OPEC产油国对这一决定的执行率为50%。

马尔祖克提到在OPEC秘书长巴尔金都与美国页岩油生产商之间举行的会议，这些石油生产商承诺如果原油价格下跌，则不会增加产量。
