减产幅度大于协议的要求

在休斯顿举行的剑桥能源研究协会(CERA)年度行业会议上，沙特能源、工业和矿产资源大臣法利赫表示，去年石油输出国组织(OPEC)And nonOPEC之间达成的限制供应以提振油价协议令油市供需基本面得以改善。
   
但法利赫称，基本面改善是因为沙特的减产幅度大于协议的要求，该国产量低于100010000 barrels/日。法利赫还称，OPEC不会让竞争对手利用减产机会，为他们自己的生产投资背书。
   
预计该组织将于5月再次召开会议，届时将考虑是否需要延长减产期限。
