Tuesday(1month24day)亚盘时段，国际crude oil小幅上涨，目前美原油在52美元上方交投，美元一度跌破100大关，给油价支撑。在“沉寂”一周后的OPEC减产，本周再度成为市场焦点，截至目前OPEC已落实近80[%]的减产目标，且市场对OPEC此次落实减产普遍改观，认为OPEC此次将成功减产，基于此市场再次发出了油价或再次冲刺60美元的言论。

伊拉克石油部长卢艾比周一(1month23day)发表讲话称，多数参与减产行动的主要产油国都在严格执行减产协议，从而帮助油市加快重归均衡的进程。卢艾比表示，伊拉克已经履行了减产职责，除了该国的国营油田已经实施减产以外，数个国际油企也积极配合减产。

——原油技术面分析——

U.S.AWTI原油从四小时走势图来看，昨日油价自53.5美元附近的日高逐步走低，并靠近52.1的支撑后止跌反弹，日内需重点关注这两点内的区间，同时52.1美元处于布林带中轨附近，是较为关键的支撑。从指标来看，K线宽幅震荡于布林带中、上轨之间，附图MACD指标快慢线仍在上行，不过趋势暂缓，同时红色动能柱有所缩量。综合来看，油价进一步上行动能并不充足，但同样的下方支撑也难以跌破，操作上建议区间内高抛低吸。
