品汇国际basic面分析：
纽约盘中，在昨天的foreign exchange市场上，美元延续震荡整理的走势。美元指数最高上涨到79.87,最低下跌到79.65, closing at79.80. Euro/美元最高上涨到1.3851,最低下跌到1.3803, closing at1.3816。
Wednesday(4month16day)纽约时段盘末，美元指数微幅上涨至79.80上方，但整体波动仍然有限。周三是本周消息面事件最为云集的一天，各种大小经济基本面消息层出不穷，但汇市受此影响基本有限，一方面在周末复活节假期临近之际，许多投资者开始提前进入休假状态，另一方面，当天的消息状况虽然繁多，但是经市场咀嚼后却被尽数认定为影响有限，这也导致了美元指数延续了盘整走势。
周三最受关注的消息状况自然是美联储主席耶伦(Janet Yellen)在纽约经济俱乐部连续第二天发表的讲话。此前，在周二(4month15day)的第一场讲话中，耶伦只提到了银行监管问题，对经济状况及货币政策前景状况只字未提，这使得各界对其在周三的第二场讲话更为期待。
然而，在当天的讲话中，耶伦再度继承了其前任伯南克(Ben Bernanke)的衣钵，在具体的政策预期上把“太极神功”发挥到了极致，既提及了未来收紧政策的前景，也讲到了现阶段维持宽松措施的必要性，指出这一切都并没有预先排定的时间表，具体的政策措施仍要依据具体的经济数据走向而定，这使得市场各界仍然依稀感到有所失望。
