品汇国际basic面分析：
纽约盘中，在昨天的foreign exchange市场上，美元呈震荡整理的走势。美元指数最高上涨到79.90,最低下跌到79.68, closing at79.80. Euro/美元最高上涨到1.3833，最低下跌到1.3788, closing at1.3807。
昨天乌克兰紧张局势升温令美国国债收益率下滑，限制了对美元的需求。俄罗斯宣称，乌克兰在内战的边缘，因乌克兰政府表示，正在进行针对亲俄罗斯的分离主义者的“反恐怖主义行动”，在接近该国冲突地区的东部城镇看到了军队和装甲运兵车。美国昨天公布的经济数据对美元未构成支撑。数据显示美国通胀小升，一度在盘初提振美元，但令人失望的美国建筑商信心和制造业数据公布后，抵消了通胀数据的积极影响。乌克兰忧虑刺激了对美国国债的避险买盘，拖累国债收益率下滑，殃及对美元的需求。美国劳工部昨天公布，3Monthly consumer price index(CPI)Upward movement0.2%，因食品价格和住房成本，尤其是房租，涨幅抵消了汽油价格的跌幅。2monthCPIThe increase is0.1%。分析师之前预计，3monthCPIincrease0.1%。美元并未完全反映CPI数据，因市场担心乌克兰局势，且美国的其他数据有好有坏。
从技术上来看, 美元指数在日线图上升趋势线所在的位置79.30—79.35一线受到支持，阶段性底部有望形成。日线图5、10、20日均线继续呈现空头排列，但汇价站稳在5日均线，仍然受10、20日均线的压制。美元指数只有突破80.00，才有望继续扩大上涨的空间。从短线来看，如果美元回调跌破79.55—79.60，美元还有可能二次探底。今天美元指数的阻力在79.85—79.90Short term important resistance79.95—80.00。今天美元指数回调的支持在79.65—79.70Short term important support in79.55—79.60
