　　今晚，重头戏将是21:55美联储主席耶伦在芝加哥发表的讲话。去年12month19日美联储宣布开始缩减资产购买规模100亿，当时耶伦就任美联储副主席一职。今年1month30美联储议息会议，美联储宣布继续缩减100亿资产购买规模，随后2month3日，耶伦走马上任而顶替伯南克任美联储主席。本月19日美联储议息会议后，耶伦首次召开新闻发布会，透露美联储"raise interest rates"的预期时间，这是耶伦一贯以鸽派身份发表的最强鹰派言论，令黄金白银持续回落。今日，美联储主席耶伦是就任以来首次在其他公开场合发表讲话，她对美国第一季度经济运行状况的看法和置评，以及是否提及"raise interest rates"的字眼，这对市场将产生重大影响。

Technical analysis of spot silver (Tiantong Silver):
　　
　　现货白银周线上周收取阴线，虽然白银整体波动幅度并不大，但是可以看到白银的抗跌能力还是很强的。周线上震荡意味比较明显，布林带缩口平行运行，短周期均线密集汇聚于布林带中轨附近，附图MACD金叉上行，从下方靠近0轴附近，不过红柱动能明显较小。日线上前期的涨势，目前已经回吐了大半部分，布林带受银价压制，开始开口往下，均线指标死叉向下，附图MACD快慢线同时下穿0轴，绿柱动能扩大。白银长期依然看震荡，短期内看好震荡下行。综合来看，上方需关注3960-4000一线的阻力,下方需关注3870-3800Frontline support,操作上曾莫哲建议区间操作为主，破位顺势做单即可。
