　本周四，在阿布扎比举行的大西洋理事会全球能源论坛上，各方均表达了乐观的情绪，且已经提到了将减产协议延期的事宜，而沙特和科威特目前已经阶段性超额完成了减产的目标。欧佩克秘书长巴尔金都周四还表示，有信心所有24个产油国将按协议执行减产，产油国将在5月决定是否进一步减产。没有具体的油价目标，希望油价能让原油行业的投资持续；预计到今年第二季度原油库存将下降，同时这也是我们的目标。
