  尝尽人间百味，还是清淡最美；看过人生繁华，还是平淡最真。生活可以很复杂，也可以很简单，关键看我们用什么样的心态去看待它。平淡并不可怕，可怕的是带着面具，活在虚荣的梦幻里。活得真实点，活的简单些，对就对了，错就错了，爱就爱了，恨就恨了，笑就笑了，哭就哭了，不虚伪，不做作。

  

  今天，我要控制好自己的情绪——

  

  每一天都是新的开始，不为昨日的失败找借口，不为昨日的成功留情绪，我们都不应该对未来充满恐惧，一切都会成为过往，在时间的长河里，我们只不过有缘分走到了一起，然后都会烟消云散的消失在历史背景。不管你上周赚的是盆满钵满还是亏损的一塌糊涂，这都不影响我们本周的盈利！
