2016年年底，国内gold兑国际黄金的溢价大幅走高，刷新了三年以来的高位，此轮国内黄金高溢价又引起了市场的关注。

黄金价格为什么出现高溢价呢? 

 1、国内黄金以“元/千克”报价，国际黄金以“美元/盎司”报价，当美元/人民币汇率发生大波动时，在两者的价格换算中汇率更容易拉大差距。 

 2、在刚刚过去的2016年，人民币持续贬值，在强势美元之下，未来人民币进一步贬值的空间仍然存在。为了对抗人民币贬值，以及近段时间黄金遭遇重挫，吸引投资者大量抄底黄金作为保值需求。 

 3On2017年农历新年假期来临前夕，中国黄金贸易商和珠宝制造商趁着黄金价格走低，大量储备黄金，以应对节日的火爆销售。实物黄金需求旺盛，上升的投资需求使得溢价上涨。  4、中国限制黄金进口以减少资本外流并保护foreign exchange储备。目前中国仅允许15家银行进口黄金，包括3家外资银行。一位香港银行人士称：“银行进口黄金到中国将受到严格的配额限制，它们必须合理解释各自的进口需求。” 

 5、债市大跌。近期中国国债大幅下跌推动投资者买入黄金寻求对冲风险。 

 尽管金价跌跌不休，但当前中国内地金价较国际金价溢价水平却创下了历史新高。假如2017年，人民币继续加速贬值，以及中国政府宣布限制黄金进口，必然激增国内对于实物黄金的需求量，那么，上海黄金价格仍会与国际黄金价格形成分化，溢价率有望继续扩大。对于中国投资者，目前是投资黄金比较好的时机。
