换手是指同一方向的单子发生转移，在stock market indexfutures交易中，换手交易分为“多头换手”和“空头换手”。


当原来持有多头的投资者卖出平仓，但新的多头又开仓买进时称为“多头换手”;而“空头换手”是指原来持有空头的投资者买进平仓，但新的空头开仓卖出。 
 换手交易对于股指期货的量有影响，多头换手、空头换手不会影响持仓量的变化，只会影响成交量的变化。 
 股指期货常用专业术语： 
 多换：多头换手，指已经做多的卖出平仓，新做多的买进开仓 
 空换：空头换手，指已经做空的买进平仓，新做空的卖出开仓 
 双开：新多头买入开仓和新空头卖出开仓达成的成交。即买卖双方都为新开仓 
 双平：老多头卖出平仓和老空头买入平仓达成的成交。即买卖双方都为平仓 
 空平：空头主动平仓 
 多平：多头主动平仓 
 多开：空头和多头同时开仓，以多头申报价格成交，反映主动性买盘 
 空开：多头和空头同时开仓。以空头申报价格成交，反映主动性卖盘
