  3、 Overview of Frog Phenomenon:

  

  Put a frog directly into a hot water pot, as it is very sensitive to adverse environments, it will quickly jump out of the pot. If a frog is placed in a cold water pot and slowly warmed up, it will not immediately jump out of the pot. The ultimate outcome of the gradually increasing water temperature is that the frog is boiled to death, because by the time the water temperature reaches a point where the frog cannot tolerate it, it will no longer have time or the ability to jump out of the pot.

  Inspiration: Do not analyze, handle, and view problems equally. In business operations and management, it is important to focus on the key few;要找出那些能给企业带来80%利润、总量却仅占20%的关键客户，加强服务，达到事半功倍的效果；企业领导人要对工作认真分类分析，要把主要精力花在解决主要问题、抓主要项目上。

  

  Application:80%的交易时间，都是无聊的，不如白天睡觉，晚上集中精力；80%的行情，都是无聊的，不如就抓几个赚钱的行情，别的不要入场；80%的亏损，都是由几次大亏损造成的，不止损是罪魁祸首。

  

  7、 Overview of the Matthew Effect:

  

  《圣经.马太福音》中有一句名言：“凡有的，还要加给他，叫他有余;没有的，连他所有的，也要夺过来。”
