猕猴桃味甘酸,性寒,有生津解热、调中下气、止渴利尿、滋补强身之功效。其含有硫醇蛋白酶具有养颜、提高免疫力、抗癌、抗衰老、软化血管、抗肿消炎功能。有开胃健脾、助消化、防止便秘的功能。此外,猕猴桃还有乌发美容、娇嫩皮肤的作用。For more information reference维乐维

材料:

猕猴桃-----800g

冰糖--------400g

柠檬汁------60g

清水--------600g

1.将猕猴桃和柠檬洗净备用;

2.将柠檬对切后榨汁,取60g

3.将榨取的柠檬汁倒入事先准备200g清水的不锈钢盆中;

4.猕猴桃洗净、猕猴桃削去外皮;对切将中心白色的果心切除;

5.果肉对切后再切丁,放入上述不锈钢盆中;

6.铜锅中加入400g清水再加入冰糖,中小火熬煮,将冰糖煮化;

7.猕猴桃倒入铜锅,并将锅放置火炉上以大火煮开,再以小火持续烹煮;

8.捞去表面的浮物与气泡,煮时要不断搅拌,以免粘住锅底。

9.当果泥已有粘稠感出现,关火;

10.将果泥盛放至高速破壁调理机中,选择“豆浆”键,将果泥打碎;

11.然后倒出至水果卷盘中,厚度视自己喜好而定,我的这个大于3mm的厚度;

12.将所有果泥都倒好后,将果盘放入干果机中,60℃,10小时;

13.烘干后取出;

14.上面涂抹一层糖粉;

15.后用切刀,将其切成条状及块状即可;或者直接切成块状然后用淀粉糖纸包裹;

小窍门:

1.选购的猕猴桃表面的绒毛整齐密布者为佳,应完整无伤,外皮自然散发关泽且无斑点,果实用手掌握拿时稍具弹性,果实饱满;

2.成熟度可从果香和果蒂判别,若是香味芳香,果蒂已软,表示已熟透可食;

3.猕猴桃去皮的方法:可先切去猕猴桃两头,拿小刀由上往下去皮,然后将中心白色部分的心去除,视觉效果最好;
