   EIA报告：除却战略储备的商业原油库存减少256.3Wanzhi4.832Billion barrels, decrease0.5%。上周美国国内原油产量增加9.910000 barrels/Solstice879.610000 barrels/日。除却战略储备的商业原油上周进口736.010000 barrels/Day, reduced from the previous week94.310000 barrels/Day. The average four week supply of crude oil products in the United States is1944.310000 barrels/Day, decreased compared to the same period last year2.5%。
   彭博对油气产商的原油做空仓位进行统计后发现，他们的做空盘在OPEC减产细则出台后急速蹿升，当前达到历史高点6.58亿桶，在市场还在回味减产概念之时，美国的页岩油商正以迅雷不及掩耳之势大举复产。
   Thursday Beijing time（12month15In the early morning of the day3点，美联储公布其最新货币政策决议，美联储联邦公开市场委员会（FOMC）决定在12月将联邦基金利率0.25%-0.5%up-regulation25Bps to0.5%-0.75%，符合市场预期。决议公布后，美元指数急速拉升；金银短线争挫；美油布油小幅下跌。
   随后的FOMC声明显示，美联储将长期联邦基金利率预期上调至3%，预计明年将加息三次。FOMC重申，近期经济面临的风险似乎大致平衡，目前的经济状况表明美联储只适宜循序渐进加息。 stayGDP增速预期方面，FOMC预计明年GDP增速将稍微增快，失业率将稍微下滑。具体来看，2016yearGDP增速预期中值从9Of1.8%Up to1.9%；2017yearGDP增速预期中值从2.0%Up to2.1%。本次利率决议由美联储FOMC成员一致通过。

   周三燃料烷价格亚盘小幅下跌，欧盘震荡走平，最低触及6661，美盘持续走高，最高6879；目前就技术面来看，日线上看，布林带有所缩口，K线位于布林带上轨与中轨之间运行，受阻于10Daily moving average,MA5/MA10交叉，附图指标MACD缩量，双线相交，KDJ死叉，三线向下发散；四小时图上来看，布林带缩口，MA5、MA10交金叉，上行关注6950一线阻力，附图指标MACDGolden fork operation,KDJ指标金叉运行；整体趋势上看，多头强势，日内操作上建议低多为主。
