In theEIA数据公布的同时，俄罗斯能源部长诺瓦克表示，原油价格应该处于对投资者是公平的位置，将继续就原油市场的共同行动进行磋商，欧佩克有很大可能达成协议，期望欧佩克在11month30日之前达成共识。诺瓦克还表示将有可能在多哈会晤沙特能源部长法利赫，讨论实现原油市场短期内的平衡。诺瓦克进一步表示称，我们同意进行冻产，尚未决定何时实施冻产，有可能是11Month or1month1日。不过决定权在于欧佩克，俄罗斯将支持欧佩克的决定。不过可惜的是，诺瓦克表示11month30日的会议框架仍未决定。

　　综上所述：继昨日凌晨API原油库存超预期大增之后，晚间EIA原油库存也录得大增527.4万桶，令WTI油价短线下挫。但由于俄罗斯能源部长诺瓦克发表关于欧佩克的讲话，市场出现了疯狂买入的迹象。

　　笔者个人观点：对于最近原油暴涨暴跌的局面，个人觉得就是欧佩克在放毒，但是不可否认的是现在的油价确实是也有点不正常，由于冻产协议的再次利多，近期的油价依然会居高不下，所以投资的朋友务必要注意了。不可盲目的空单进场，多单等到合适的点位。
