【原油今日行情回顾】

　　昨日原油收取一根小阴线。亚盘油价在49.2-49.5区间震荡，欧盘开盘油价开始回落。晚间EIA库层数据公布利好油价出现一波暴涨，虽然美国上周原油库存意外减少为油价带来了有效支撑，但近期包括伊拉克在内传出了石油输出国组织(OPEC)内部的不和声音，凸显出限产协议的不确定性，油价依然承受50.1一线压力下滑，最低下探48.87, ultimately closing at49.23。周四早盘时段，油价小幅震荡下行，目前于49美元上方交投，短期内九州夺金提醒关注49One line support for the US dollar.


　　

【油市消息层出不穷，原油沥青会受到什么影响？】

　　1、虽然多数主要产油国均曾支持限产，但是其内部立场分歧依然巨大。其中，俄罗斯驻欧佩克特使在回答有关欧佩克减产共识的问题时表示，俄罗斯反对削减石油产量，这对俄罗斯来说不是一个选项，将产量冻结在目前水平对俄罗斯来说是一个更可取的选择。此外，委内瑞拉油长皮诺似乎也证实了“不减产”，称“冻产”协议可能只是暂时的。


　　2、国际能源署（IEA）署长比罗尔表示，尽管中国的石油消费量有望增长，但预计2017年全球石油需求增幅将仅为12010000 barrels/日，需求增长的放缓可能意味着在明年下半年以前，国际油市无法达到供需再平衡。他亦对OPEC减产计划的成效表示质疑，因OPEC减产可能导致其他地区增产，进一步破坏油市的再平衡进程。


　　九州夺金总结：昨天EIA原油库存意外录得减少，对于油价来说不可谓不是好消息，目前对于油价而言，上方50dollar/桶仍是一个重要的心理关口，若今天晚间油价能够站上50美元上方，并且企稳，在之后的交易日内油价则有望继续冲高。但若在EIA利好的背景下油价都无法站稳50关口，则证明多头乏力，后市有进一步走低的风险。昨天早间API利多空，俄罗斯拒绝减产、仅愿意冻产，而IEA署长比罗尔认为2017年下半年前油市不会平衡。尼日尔三角洲复仇者再次袭击原油管道也没能力挽狂澜，这就是油市现在的基本面，所以昨天晚间EIA利多的影响过去后，油价还是会回落。

【原油沥青后市行情分析及操作建议】

　　技术面来看，原油昨日的EIA数据利好之后油价大幅冲高回落，其实油价跌破49.5一线支撑之后就已经预示着短期走弱，所以即使昨日的数据利多，也未能改变最终回落的结局。日图收出连阴，虽然有个探高的过程。测试5日线的压制。但好在最终还是收低。使得趋势上没能打破。周二的破趋势线的走法仍会释放。消化消息面之后仍将回归技术面。而昨天冲高但没收高。没能反转。今日依托5日线以及昨日高点处50.00做临界点去反弹做空。


Short term4小时图冲高收低，刚好确认了破位趋势线的转换点。由此前的支撑转换成阻力。确认之后再收低。今天就具备再出低点的动能。并且探高后带动均线系统拐头压制向下。今日空头依然先看到昨天的目标区域。昨天没完成今天来延续。亚欧盘偏向低位整理，本周的行情较为集中在美盘前时段及美盘开盘后。短线看延续回落。压力49.50临界点50.00.
