　　大秦商品-王起文分析师表示：“考虑到伊朗、利比亚和尼日利亚已经得到豁免，若伊拉克47010000 barrels/天的原油产量速率不得到控制，那么将会促使其他人放弃冻产协议或极大削弱原定协议的效力。”
　　伊拉克作为仅次于沙特的第二大OPEC产油国，它在上周末表示它应该得到限产协议的豁免权，因为它需要原油费用来支持与IS组织的战斗。一些媒体报道称伊拉克只愿意在9月的产出水平上实行冻产。根据伊拉克的报告，该国上个月的原油产量为47810000 barrels/Days.
　　OPEC成员在上个月达成初步协议同意对该组织的日产量进行限制，限产范围为325010000 barrels-330010000 barrels/天，但此份协议未对每个成员国的产量配额进行规定，而这也成为成员之间争议不断的问题。

Technical analysis
　　现货沥青周线级别下探一次5日均线支撑后获取反弹，K线上方还是光头本周后续预计冲高回落以震荡格局收盘，从日线图来看布林带开始缩口，K线在中上轨区间多动激烈争夺，导致陷入一个宽幅横盘区域。隔夜沥青再次探了下底部支撑然后快速反弹起来收取了较长下影线K线，那么今日下方依旧关注影线低点支撑，只要不破那么沥青会继续震荡偏于上行，另外22Daily moving average4760以及中轨4700都是支撑。四小时K线在下轨得到支撑开始反弹目前运行在中轨附近，同时也是四小时级别昨日多次没有攻破的关键压制位了。多头能否启动就看是否能有效突破了，预计这波压制区域会再次作为一下调整，然后再继续向上拉升。附图指标MACD死叉运行但是绿色能量逐步缩减，即将形成金叉，KDJ黏合勾头向上发散，偏于震荡上行，重点关注压制区域即可。综合来看，沥青整体还是处于调整趋势，明天凌晨的API以及晚间的EIA或将打开横盘僵局。对于晚间操作上建议压制位博取一次空单入场，严格做好风险控制，强势站稳则考虑反手顺势跟进即可！

　　现货黄金今天日内再次回踩10日均线得以支撑开始反弹，在昨天阴十字K高点再次遭遇压制，由此看来金价依旧维持区间震荡。晚间继续关注1260-1270区间，其次上方关注22Daily moving average1277压制（同时也是本次大跌后反弹的第一根十字K高点）。附图指标MACD形成金叉，多头虎视眈眈仿佛在蓄力，上方1277压制一旦破位那么本轮黄金白银迎来了中线多单进场机会。四小时布林走平，K线运行于中上轨区间，短线受上轨压制，下方受中轨和密集均线支撑，MACD刚形成金叉预计短线还有一波小幅拉升，上方关注上轨1272.2压制，下行继续关注1262、1260支撑。操作上在没破位之前均可采取高沽低渣来合理把握利润，控制风险。破位之后顺势跟进！
