United StatesAPI原油库存下滑以及石油输出国组织(OPEC)在声明中表示减产计划有望实现，周三(10month19day)亚市早盘油价受助上涨。美国WTIcrude oilfuturesTrading in50.81dollar/桶附近，较上次结算价上涨52Cents, or1%。布伦特原油期货上涨46美分至52.14dollar/桶，涨幅为0.9%。
　　昨晚公布的美国APIData display, as of10month14日，原油库存下滑38010000 barrels to4.671Billion barrels.
US Energy Information Administration(EIA)计划在今日稍晚公布官方原油库存数据。
　　OPEC自在2008年来首次达成限产计划，称将原油产出削减至325010000 barrels-330010000 barrels/天，此前9monthOPEC原油产量录得336010000 barrels/天的纪录高位。
