FromOPECto9month27日提出了八年来的首份减产或冻产提议，以缓解全球供应过剩问题以来，油价已经上涨了约13%。该组织将于11month30日召开政策会议。不过市场对OPEC是否能达成令其14个成员国满意的协议存在疑虑，令油价陷于50dollar/Near the bucket.
　　本周三北京时间凌晨公布的APIAccording to published data, as of10month14US crude oil inventories decrease during the current week378.8Ten thousand barrels, to4.671亿桶，分析师预估为增加270万桶。该消息带动油价在盘后交易中大幅扩大涨幅。在截至10month7日当周，美国原油库存增加了490Ten thousand barrels. American Energy Data Association(EIA)将于周三发布上周美国原油库存数据。
　　并补充道，在OPECAnd nonOPEC产油国的谈判日趋激烈之际，委员会将于下周五(10month28day)至下周周六(10month29day)在维亚纳开会，协议可能持续6-12Months.
