　　今天下午16：00国际能源署将在法国公布最新月度原油市场报告，原油月度报表恐怕又将让市场变得极度敏感。根据IEA9月原油市场月度报告，2016年全球石油日需求量增速为130Ten thousand barrels,2017Year is120Ten thousand barrels.

　　如果按这个供需端变化速度，不管OPEC的冻产协议是否有实质意义，石油在明年下半年达成供需平衡的概率非常大。就从当前的这个形势来看，不管今日下午IEA公布的石油月报结果如何，原油供应问题在明年将达到平衡，届时油价或将维持在一定高位水平。这对油价的影响为利多。
