　　笔者认为继此前美国原油库存因受飓风影响而锐减之后，市场预期美国原油库存在经历过上次小幅下降之后将录得上涨，但是API原油库存数据显示却再次意外大减，这可能与美国Colonial汽油管道泄漏有关，接下来市场需要关注EIA原油库存数据，如果EIA数据显示美国原油库存同样大幅削减，李宛晰威信(js6486)认为油价料将短期受到一定支撑。

　　晚间美国能源信息署将公布EIA原油库存数据，9month9日当周所公布的原油库存数据为-355.9万桶，市场对于9month16日当周原油库存数据预测为312.5万桶，预期利空于原油及沥青，利好美元指数。对于本周三(9month21day)22：30所公布的原油库存数据，笔者认为有如下三种情况：
　　1、当公布的实际值大于312.5万桶时，那么单边利好于美元指数，原油及沥青会单边下跌，投资者顺势跟进空单即可。
　　2、当公布的实际值小于-355.9万桶时，会单边利空美元指数，原油及沥青会出现单边上涨，投资者顺势跟进空单即可。
