Last Friday（8month19日）美国WTI9monthcrude oilfutures价格收盘上涨0.35USD, increase0.73[%]Report48.57dollar/桶，录得3月以来最大周度涨幅。因各大产油国有望在下月召开的OPEC非正式会议上达成冻产协议，且美国石油库存出现大幅缩减。与此同时，ICEBrent10Monthly crude oil futures prices closed down0.13USD, decline0.26[%]Report50.76dollar/Bucket.



伊拉克是OPEC第二大产油国，也是世界石油储量第五大的国家。过去两年间油价的暴跌导致该国收入锐减。与此同时，伊拉克政府打击占据该国北部的极端组织“伊斯兰国”（IS）的行动也代价高昂。此外，根据彭博与伊拉克石油部的数据，伊拉克7月产量为47810000 barrels/日，比去年底时的44010000 barrels/日有所增加。
而上周美国总钻井数增加10口，对油市造成利空影响，油价中断涨势，由涨转跌；在OPEC下月非正式会议前，油市还面临诸多冲突性影响因素，预计到会议召开前油价将呈震荡走势。
美油技术分析：
从日线上看，原油收出七连阳，但是周五跳空收出死亡星k线，副线上KDJ处于超买风险区，无论从日线周线还是小时线看上方仍有很大的上涨空间，油价涨势已成，但上方临近50The US dollar barrier,k先跳空应值得注意，谨防下周回补缺口。我认为油价还需进行有效蓄势才能攻破50美元大关，预计下周短期油价会走入盘整，区间为48.30-50.00USD, Breakthrough50美元顺势做单，上看51USD.

   日线图来看，有色白银自7month5号到现在一直在4037-4366范围内震荡，上下压力位始终没有突破，今日早间开盘暴跌80个点，直接跌破7month5号以来的下方强支撑位，下方空间已经完全打开，技术面来看白银整体走势看空，本人认为今天白银会小股反弹后跌下去，我建议日内高空为主。
